Spring has Sprung!

It's S P R I N G, and nature is bursting into action -- but maybe you're still feeling a little -- B L E H?

Feeling sluggish, run down, congested, depressed, angry, jealous? Are you holding weight, holding water, or mired with excess mucus? 

Then you may be experiencing the shift of the season! Nature is shifting and changing all the time, and so are we! However, we don't always vary our diets or routines to adjust to seasonal shifts. When we are slow to shift we feel resistance in the body and spirit, and that can look like any of the symptoms above. BUT -- there is still time! Begin making subtle shifts now and you will feel the lightness, brightness and creative bursts that S P R I N G inspires!
