Delicious Zucchini Noodle Dishes

Have you been curious about the spiralizer craze? Making vegetable “noodles” is fun and easy to do, and you don’t need loads of fancy equipment to do it. PLUS, making veggies noodles make sit easy to get more vegetables in your diet, and cuts gluten-rich noodles out in the process. Summer time is a great time to try these out, as zucchini is ABUNDANT and also makes a fantastic “noodle”.

I will demonstrate a couple of ways to make zucchini noodles, and we will make a delicious dish in class. I will also discuss other healthy sauces you can use with your zucchini noodles.

This Valentine's Day,  whip up a Heart Healthy Chocolate Tart to show you care! This decadent tart is rich in chocolate flavor, and it's light and fluffy texture just melts in your mouth. The surprise ingredient in this decadent tart are avocados!

Dahl is a favorite Indian dish commonly composed of stewed lentils, warming spices, and sometimes seasonal vegetables. Dahls are a fantastic thing to eat in the winter time, as they offer easily digestible protein, warm and stimulate the body, and can easily be enhanced with seasonal vegetables like winter squash, grounding roots, and hearty greens.
