Summertime Chilled Soups

It's hot hot hot outside, but that doesn't mean that we have to stop enjoying soups!!! 

In fact, chilled soups are fantastic for summer because they showcase the fabulous summer veg that is abundant so nicely -- AND they have added water which will help keep up hydrated.

In this class I will be demonstrating TWO chilled soups AND some delicious croutons, which bring a delightful crunch to the blended soups.
